Bible Commentary

This is a collection of articles covering a vast variety of biblical topics. The goal of each article is to simply reveal the truth. We look into the Old Testament law, clean foods, parables, freewill, predestination, and death - to name a few.

One of the inherent problems with the New Testament is that the reader does not know the questions asked.  We are only provided the response the writer, often Paul, which was sent to the congregation. It is similar to hearing one side of a phone call. We review several Scriptures in great detail to determine exactly what the writer was addressing.

Yet another belief is that we enter into “soul sleep”, a form of unconsciousness, awaiting the final Day of Judgment. To know the truth, we will review the Scripture to see which view is supported by the word of God.
